RMA Procedure – Repair Request
To request a repair, please complete the form below. We ask that you complete it as fully as possible. If you want to register multiple products, you can add extra lines using the '+' sign. After receiving the form, we will check the data. Within 48 hours you will receive an RMA number by e-mail. If you have not received anything after this period, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Important: Clearly state the RMA number on the outside of the packaging.

Depending on the option you selected under 'Requested action', you can send the goods to our Service Department, or we will contact you to discuss the further process.

Upon receipt of the goods
As soon as we have received the products, we will send an order confirmation for the repair, including an indication of the expected return date. Please note: this date is an estimate. Due to busy periods or dependence on component deliveries, the repair may take longer than expected.
If the repair is not covered by the warranty or concerns damage outside our responsibility, you will receive an invoice upon return. We request that you pay this within the stated payment term.

* An exact quotation can only be provided once the repair is completed. Any preliminary quotation is always an estimate based on our initial findings and no rights can be derived from it! The product must first be in our possession and tested before we can provide an estimate of the repair costs.
